Please carefully read through the terms and conditions before placing your orders. When you place an order on our website you are accepting our Terms & Conditions.

HAND-MADE PRODUCTS

All W&V textiles are hand-dyed by hand and are not machine-made. Please be aware there may be small imperfections, pigment marks and colour variations, and items may not be exactly the same as the photo product. This is part of the hand-dyed process, which is what makes our products unique and should not be seen as a fault. It just gives the product an adorable natural look and tells the story.

COLOUR RESTOCK

W&V silk ribbons and gauze table linens are always made in small batches. Due to the nature of the hand-dyeing process, we are unable to produce the exact same shade, once a particular batch of colours is out of stock. From batch to batch minor variations of hues is unavoidable. It does not apply to custom orders which are usually prepared in one batch.

CUSTOM ORDERS

We gladly accept custom and large orders. The production time, in this case, depends on the order quantity and takes at least 10 days. A full payment is required upon order confirmation. Please contact us directly to get all information based on your custom request.

PAYMENT

The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus cost of delivery. You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours. To be eligible to purchase products on this website you must be over 18 years of age, stipulate a delivery address and possess a valid credit or debit card. We reserve the right to reject any offer of purchase by anyone at any time.
