Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1-5 business days. Except the custom orders, which may take an extra time for processing.
An email shipping confirmation with the tracking number will be sent as soon as the order is shipped.
We ship worldwide and use Czech post Standard service or express service couriers (particular courier company depends on a country we need to ship) for our international orders with tracking number.
Estimated time of delivery for standard shipping:
1-3 business days (for local orders),
4-14 business days (for EU orders),
15-25 business days (for non-EU orders).
In case of express shipping the eta varies based on the country, where we ship, and the shipping courier. Please contact us if you do not see your country or the shipping method you'd prefer in our system.
Please carefully verify your shipping address upon order checkout. In case of incorrect/ incomplete address and the package is returned to us and needs to be reshipped, an additional shipping and handling fee will be required. Your phone number is required just in case the courier needs to contact you during delivery.
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Please note that all shipping costs include handling fees, and are strictly non-refundable once order has been fulfilled.
